Discovery

We begin with a long conversation: what feels like you, what your wedding must not have, how many guests, what time of year. Afterwards you receive a short outline of the direction and an honest budget range.

Concept

We assemble a concept dossier: palette, scenography, sound and material samples. Everything is shown in person, because fabric and stone are meant to be touched, not scrolled.

Preparation

We book the venue and the suppliers, run the tastings and fittings, and hold a full rehearsal at the venue, in costume, before the day.

The day itself

A senior producer holds the timeline, with a full coordination team beside them. You decide nothing organisational that day; your only work is to be inside the celebration.

Common questions
How early should we begin?
A wedding of 150 to 300 guests in high season takes eight to ten months to build comfortably. We have produced intimate weddings in three.
Do you only work in Georgia?
We are based in Tbilisi and produce across Georgia; for repeat clients we have taken weddings to Italy and Greece. We accept only a handful of weddings a season, because each one needs the whole team.
Do you provide budget guidance?
Yes. After the first call we send a realistic budget range and walk you through what each line gives the celebration.
