What senti.events collects, on what basis, who else sees it — including your guest list — and how to make us delete it.
Who processes your data
SENTI events LLC, identification number 404773759, registered at Mikheil Lermontov St. N 11a, Mtatsminda district, Tbilisi, Georgia, operates senti.events and decides how the data described here is used.

What we collect
From an enquiry: your name, email or WhatsApp, the subject, the language you wrote in, and whatever you type into the message.
While we plan the event: the date and venue, the budget, and the guest list you share with us — names, seating, and, where you tell us, dietary restrictions and allergies. Allergy information is health data, we ask for it only because a caterer needs it, and it goes no further than the caterer.
For marriage legalization and for venue or hotel bookings: passport or ID details of the couple, and of guests where a venue requires them.
From the site itself: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location by IP, device and browser.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and perform the contract — without this data there is no plan, no booking and no event.
To meet legal obligations: tax and accounting records, and filings with Georgian authorities where a marriage legalization requires them.
For our legitimate interest in a site that works and advertising we can measure — this is what the analytics below are for.
Cookies and analytics
The site loads Google Analytics (G-LH2JBDXHYX) for analytics and the Meta pixel (1439256308224034) for advertising measurement. Both set cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site keeps working. To opt out specifically: Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Who else sees it
The contractors your event needs — the venue, the caterer, the photographer, the florist, transport — each receiving only what their part requires. A caterer gets the dietary notes; a florist does not.
Georgian state bodies, where a marriage legalization or the law requires it.
An enquiry from the site reaches us as a Telegram notification, which means your name, contact and message pass through Telegram's servers under its own terms. The same applies to WhatsApp conversations.
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database. Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising described above.
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Photography and film
Events are photographed and filmed, and those images may appear in our portfolio, on social media and in press coverage — unless you told us otherwise before the event.
You can restrict this at any point, including after the fact: write to clients@senti.events and we take the material down and stop using it. Guests can ask for the same on their own behalf.
Where it is stored
The site and its database run on Hetzner servers in Helsinki, Finland (European Union). Google, Meta and Telegram process data on their own infrastructure, outside Georgia, under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: while we are arranging the event and afterwards for as long as a question or a claim can still arise from it.
Guest lists and dietary notes: until the event has taken place and the accounts with contractors are settled, after which they are deleted.
Contracts and payment records: for the retention period Georgian tax and accounting law requires.
Analytics data: for the retention window set in Google and Meta, which is up to 24 months for the counters we run.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also object to analytics processing and withdraw a consent you gave.
Write to clients@senti.events. We answer within ten business days. We only refuse where the law tells us to keep a document inside its retention period, and we say plainly when that is the case.
You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Guests and children
We usually receive guest data from you, not from the guests themselves. Please tell your guests that their details are passed to the agency and its contractors for the event — under Georgian data protection law that responsibility is yours as well as ours.
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. Where children attend an event, the only data we handle is what you give us for seating and catering.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the version in force. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be reflected here before they take effect.
